Impact copolymer polypropylene for beverage closures
- Melt flow rate
- 7.0 g/10 min
- Flexural modulus
- 1,517 MPa
- Izod impact
- 107 J/m
Description
Controlled rheology impact copolymer polypropylene with an excellent impact/stiffness balance, consistent processability, high processing speed and easy demoulding. It offers good surface gloss and a moderately narrow molecular weight distribution.
Recommended applications
- Closures for carbonated and non-carbonated beverages (compression and injection moulding)
- Closures requiring high stiffness and impact resistance in hot or cold climates
- Injection-moulded housewares
- General-purpose injection moulding
