- International designation
- ISO 17855-PE-HD,F,50-T006
- Processing conditions
- Melt temperature: 200-220 °C. Blow-up ratio: min. 3.7:1. Screw length: min. 25 D (D = screw diameter).
- Food contact
- Complies with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 38/2001 of the Journal of Laws, as amended.
- Packaging
- Natural pellets with a typical length of 2-6 mm and a bulk density of 520-580 kg/m³. 25 kg PE-LD bags (55 bags per pallet) or bulk in road tankers.
- Service temperature
- Products may commonly be used up to 100 °C; where mechanical strength and stiffness are required, do not exceed 70 °C permanently or 90 °C intermittently. Below -30 °C the material becomes substantially brittle.
